I'm wondering if we're going to be able to keep Flowers, I like his Gunslinger mentality but with Kay having 2 more years he'd only get a shot as a starter his Senior year and 2 at most if he keeps his Redshirt.So are we about to change from Linebacker U. To QB U. ?
And for those who think Qb's aren't that important they may want to see what has happened to SDSU since they lost their Qb.
Will be great if JAY comes and learns from KAY
He may want to play before then, if that happens Jay could come in and learn under Kay for 2 years and take over as a Junior with 3 years of eligibility. Will be curious to see what happens, I won't be surprised if some FBS teams make runs at AhYat as well.

Those are impressive numbers, but with the caveat that the conference he plays in is probably the worst conference at the 4A level year in and year out.
Losing a QB was only part of SDSU's issue this year. Rodgers took a slew of players with him when he left and their QB hit the portal. They were never as good as the early over-rating due to past success.

Kem is correct. The lack of depth with all the players that left made a solid program very thin and as the season wore down, that made it difficult to maintain.
