Through 11 games (and counting only teams' first eleven games historically), this is the third most prolific offense Montana has ever had, at 42 points/game. The '95 Griz scored 5 more points in their regular season (11 games) and the '99 team scored 48 more (buoyed by 81 points against Weber State and 73 versus Idaho State).

The '96 team scored 15 less than this year's team in the regular season, for those of you comparing sophomore Ah Yats.

Pretty amazing group of guys we’ve got on that side of the ball right now. Lots of underclassmen too, so lots of meat left on the bone for next couple seasons!

They won't load the box but their first step on every 1st down will be downhill.

Cats have no advantage on the line. If Cats don't load the box, Griz will run all over the Cats.

FYI, Pease has been the OC on 3 of 4 of the teams mentioned. And was position coach in 1995. Dennehy was OC in’95 but can’t remember if Pease was QB coach?

The MSU corners will be tested if they play man coverage. Loading the box does not bode well for them. They will be on a damn island. I think you are correct that they will rely on the front four to stop the run. If they can’t, then the D will adjust. To your point, there are too many skill players on the Griz that can beat you. Especially is you load the box. I also think Hauck and Pease have been holding back with some of the playbook.

Are we talking about the same offense that was held to 7 in the second half against Eastern or that scored 7 points in 3 quarters against Cal Poly?

The O that is at the top of the nation in passing and scoring, the QB near the top in passing, the best RB in FCS, the best all-purpose player in FCS, the team with fastest receiving group in the conference, the only undefeated team in the conference, the team with the best attendance and crowd. t this point, you just teams on the season not on a cherished quarter. You aren’t even good at being a troll. Too stupid.
