College Gameday in Missoula for the Brawl

Maybe if the Griz stick around for 10 more years ESPN will send this chain smoking woman to announce our game 4 hours after everyone else in the country went to sleep. Jeez. Can the Griz get more irrelevant?
 
Really having a hard time being in the same conference with Dixie state college. But at least our ad gets to go home 6-9 time a year on the team plane.
 
People on Twitter are saying that account has posted that like 3 times this year already and has been wrong each time. The comments on the post make it seem like it’s just a rumor.

This game is also JMU’s “Marvel Day,” as fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite Marvel characters, and players will have superheroes on one side of their helmets. Disney, which owns ESPN and the Marvel franchise, will surely use Saturday for marketing purposes.

Regardless of the Disney marketing machine’s plans, JMU gets to bask in the national spotlight again Saturday. For a football program just four years into its FBS era, it’s significant to earn a GameDay appearance in late November.

JMU’s previously hosted episodes in 2015, 2017, and 2023.
 
Just highlights what I've said a few times, outside of States without FBS teams the average CFB fan doesn't care about FCS and unfortunately they're the largest group.

And I 100% agree with Grizbeer, both Montanas and the Dakotas need to start throwing our weight around a bit more as we do the most for FCS Football then anyone else or get alot more aggressivein trying to move up. The Kittens (personal feelings aside) represented the top of the FCS well with a packed house

It will be a travesty if they go to JMU. No one besides Great Falls’ finest Ryan Leaf, cares about Jimmy Rodgers’ Cougs that were boatraced by North Texas.

Gameday is just a morning show, and has NOTHING to do with the broadcast. Tripp will call the game whether CGD comes to Missoula or not....
