Out-Coached

Griz are 31st in nation in scoring defense. 2d in conference, I believe. Griz completely shut down the EWU rush. What are you talking about? The D won the game for the Griz. The Griz are 10-0. Consider looking at the big picture.
💯. Defense was on the field for 97 plays Saturday. Thats an abomination by the offense. Have to get 1st downs and sustain drives

OK - I can no longer be silent of what happened in the EWU vs Montana football game. EWU is a Very good football team with their new QB. The Griz are a Very Good football team with 10 wins and zero losses. After just watching the replay of the game there were two very good teams mixing it up all game long, as has come to be expected between these two rivals. EWU and Montana games in the near future are going to be some kind of fun. Also kudos to the one Griz player who went after the ball when the ball was hiked on the last play of the game! On the kickoff towards the end of the game two EWU players blocked out the two closest Montana players and thus allowed EWU to get to the ball after traveling 10 yards. Nice coaching Mr. Best and special teams coach of EWU! That is all! Dillon

No, had. You need to work on your language skills. Yes, I like to make fun of people who make dumb comments on football, especially when they act like they know something and don’t. Posters like you. I will give you some advice. I am looking at your posts now and will keep making fun of your dumb posts.
Well that sounds like a lot of fun. Can't wait.

Aaron Best and his staff came into the "Mecca of FCS Football" yesterday and schooled Bobby and crew. A freshman quarterback threw for 451 yards against our porous pass defense. Our offense went missing after the first quarter with piss-poor play calling. We were outgained 479 to 351 in total yards. The Griz did not deserve to win that game and only did so because the Eagles' quarterback inexplicably muffed the last play of the game. This is the same team that the Bobcats beat 57-3. Barnum and Vigen will be licking their chops after reviewing the film from that game.

Our defense always seemed to be out of position and continued to give up passes underneath as our corners were consistently 10 yards off the line of scrimage. Pease running the "hey diddle, up the middle" on every first down in the second half when the Eagles and everyone in the stadium knew it was coming was beyond frustrating. Our special teams "guru" was caught with his pants down when the Eagles kicker recovered his own onsides kick. We were out coached in every facet of the game.

Not good enough, Bobby. Not good enough.

P.S. Queue Hoops and all the sugar-coaters.
Best came into UM stadium and got beat. Enough said. Stop with the dumb posts. you are wasting space.

Wish I could say otherwise but EWU certainly did not out coach Montana. With Best at the helm that's literally, scientifically, impossible.

Likely it was a combination of events where stars aligned with a heavy possibility that EWU has a terrific QB they weren't aware of.

But we may never know. It's back to the bench for Schakel if Bell is healthy for the next game.

If that happens, I bet Schakel hits the portal. Someone will get a BALLER. That kid is tough as nails.
