Maybe not….but when fully healthy they were pretty legit…..a tough out for anyone. They only traveled with 58 kids their last trip. That’s how decimated they are. This one won’t be close.

Is what you said about Davis injuries correct? I thought I saw that they have guys coming back. Not true?

Man, I don’t get the fixation with the Cats at this point. Outside of UND and Idaho, the Griz haven’t played anyone tough this year. Sac State? Nah. Idaho would have been interesting to watch if their QB didn’t go down to injury. The Cats played one legit team thus far and they don’t look legit because of the injury to their QB. So in summary, the Cats have played SDSU and lost at home. We really don’t know how good SDSU is. The Cats have blown out Weber and ISU. Also Eastern Washington. Beat Northern Arizona convincingly on the road. Don’t forget might Northern Colorado and UCD. The FCS is bad right now. Really bad and I don’t think the Cats or Griz have any idea what they are headed into for the Brawl. Advantage Griz due to home field and being able to win multiple close games. Shouldn’t have been close, but they won all three. Cats have the better defense and I don’t think that’s debatable right now. Griz have the better offense.

Brawl will be interesting, but until then I don’t care what the Cats do! They stink.

Idaho is 4-6 this year. I don’t know if that’s saying much. Yes, injuries played a factor in the poor record. Still - I don’t know that’s debatable Idaho has much in the tank at this point. They seem to be a team with no identity. Davis will give the Cats a good first half and then the game will get away from them. I hate that horseshoe stadium, but Bozeman is a tough environment to win in. Unless you are the one of the Dakota Schools ot the Griz on any given year.

Haven't seen this pointed out yet, but in the unlikely event that either the Griz or cats lose this weekend, the other would clinch at least a share of the Big Sky title with a win.

I don’t think the Cats have the better D. I judge that by watching the teams and looking at individual players. And talking to my family in Bozeman, who are Cat fans.

Well, I don’t think the Cats secondary is very good. Then again, the Grizzlies isn’t either with all the injuries. Have to take you and your families word for it. Statistically, the Griz are struggling defensively. Cats front four have been tough. If Ah Yat has time, they can put up a lot of points on the Cats with the passing game. I hope Pease gets creative.
