Any guesses on who they get next? Looks like last year Sac had to play #1 USC....is it likely going to be that brutal of a match up for Griz? Do they try to keep it regional first round? Looks like UT St & WA also going to playoffs this year.

Sorry had to go take care of something but back to my point, this is a sport we could compete on a national level fan support/attendance-wise.

2024 Attendance Leaders shows there were only 5 programs that averaged over 2,200 last year with the top program (South Carolina) drawing 4,204 on average...the key word being average and not single game...but still, not that big of a gap.

Would be cool to not only have seats from box to box but also do something like Wazzu (and early WaGriz with the grassy knolls behind the endzones) with a bowled berm on the endlines so games with overflow could have fans there with blankets, chairs, etc. not having to worry about sightlines because the elevation from the berm would help.

Of course, we need lights to catch up with the rest of the conference first.

Sac was a 5? seed in the conference tourney with a pretty bad record/RPI but yeah, Griz used to routinely get sent to the PAC10 champion.

Just like the FCS Playoffs used to be, they regionalize the first round of the tourney. I predict they’re gonna get Washington.
