I don't need to watch the game, you need to read the stats. I haven't done stats for football, but I have for basketball. There is a different person to record every statistic in the game, plus a spotter and at least one other person that verifies every statistic as the game goes on. They know who is in the game before the play is run and once in a great while they add a half sack to someone in football. Even though I haven't done stats for football, I can assure you, they knew who the ball carrier was on the play before he hit the ground at the end of the run and made sure the correct information was recorded. It is a much more meticulous process than you are obviously aware of.

It is a Sidearm Sports issue. That is the software UNC uses to record the stats for the games. @Colter_Nuanez56 talked about it during his show this week.

Blame it on what you want to, MSU uses side arm too. It's on ESPN also the very same way. Jones was in the game and had the first carry of the drive. Those are the official stats and you avoiding going back to the liter box and arguing with everyone here doesn't change the facts that are recorded.

The Cats need to run up the score in garbage time to try to fool everyone into thinking they are better than their record indicates. They are the only 2 loss team in the top 10, MSU alone proves the FCS polls are a joke.

I’m not betting on this game that is a fool’s errand. If Jerry Kaminski has another off day like last week UND could lose and lose big but UND could also win if he plays like he did against the Griz.

I don’t believe the Cats are a top 3 team. Probably to top 10 I think they should be around 9 rather than 3 though and I think the Griz right now would win on a neutral field. Jerry Kaminski had the worst game of his career last week. What is to say the same thing doesn’t happen again this week?

It is obvious to me that you haven’t watched teams 4-10 play. I have. All of them. There is a HUGE drop off. Davis will go into bobcat stadium next week and lose by 20+. They are #6. What will you say when that happens? Same thing you said after UND was embarrassed? Which was nothing by the way. Never saw you own that horrible take.

I watched #6 South Dakota State beat #2 MSU in Bozeman earlier. They have the #6 ranking and MSU is 2 even though they have the same record. That is my issue with the poll as well as MSU being ahead of some other teams with better records. Like I said earlier Jerry Kaminski had the worst game of his career last week. I did not see that coming last week which led to the wrong prediction. These are 18-23 year old kids with lives outside of football we are talking about. There are plenty of things that can lead to bad games and make it a fool’s errand to bet on them. Not to mention USD and NDSU are also rivalry games.
