Hey, look at us - Cats are dominating the Big Sky and FCS (say some Cat fans)

The cat fans on here are idiots. UC Davis is going to beat the Cats in 2 weeks as will the Griz this isn’t Mercyhurst.

GRIZ have beaten 5 top 50 fcs teams. The bubs have beaten two.

GRIZ are the better team right now, top to bottom. They're be a 5.5 point fave in a few weeks.

I saw that same stat. Only 3 teams in all of FCS have beat 5 different top 50 teams….Griz, NDSU, and Tarleton. Only a handful have beat 3 Top 50 teams. The Cats were not on that list either. Yet we have a soft schedule?

Good point, top shelf stuff there for sure! Yeah, the Cats should have beat the Ducks like everyone on the planet predicted but the game just got away.....
I don’t think anyone thought the Cats would beat Oregon….except for some idiot Cats fans…..we thought you may at least compete for a couple quarters and not get absolutely taken to the wood shed, blown out of the water on national tv in an embarrassing fashion worthy of disgrace and shame….and then point to that same Oregon game as to why your SOS is good 😂

I am going to say it now. Griz fans shouldn’t be cocky. Yes, the Cant’s haven’t played anyone. The Brawl is a whole different animal. #2 team in the country will likely be playing the #3 team for home field advantage through the playoffs. Thankfully this year the game is in Missoula. Cant’s D line is tough. My prediction is the Griz win by two touchdowns if they stay healthy

But by according to cant fans using the top 50 is too arbitrary, “why not teams ranked in the top 3”? I mean they need credit for that “quality loss” at home to the Jacks.

Soooo, then we should exclude that game from the bub's SOS then, right?
I didn't mention SOS at all and for the record, I don't think the rankings should reflect SOS until playoff seedings, and then only as a last piece of the pie when needed. You play the schedule you have. I compared conference games to show how close these teams are. I've watched both teams and most of their games & have my opinion, as do you. But Everett, have you watched more than a couple of Cat games yet? Listen to Colter's podcast from this week, his comments and Ty's comments. Listen to Sammy too. It's going to be a great game, and I'm hopeful as always that one of these teams can win a natty.

Cats have not beaten any teams other than weak teams, and not just in the Big Sky. Griz have played slightly better BS teams and beaten a couple of good or decent MV teams including the team that beat SDSU last weekend. I agree that neither school has had a tough schedule (excluding the 2 teams the Cats were beaten by). I may have said that Tarleton's schedule isn't very tough (and I saw the whole Army game, and wasn't impressed with Tarleton, but I doubt that I have ever tried to argue that the Griz are better than the Cats based on SOS. Nor have I made that argument this year. Again, essentially agreeing with your view.

I think the Griz are probably better than the Cats, but that is based on paying attention to the Cats only early in the season and then only glancing at box score stats as well as having watched the Griz carefully. I also believe the Griz will beat the Cats. The Griz are improving and playing pretty well now, still with potential to get better. Wish we had the corner Loud. UM's linebackers are very good, and Peck and Solo are tremendous players. Watch Peck run down a Weber receiver about 30 yards downfield when the Griz let the receiver get past them. That was a Biermann kind of play. I'm pretty sure it was a receiver and not a TE. The UM DL is deep. The safeties are good. The corners are pretty good with Loud, but not as good without him. The OL is really knocking defenders off the ball and protecting Ah Yat. UM has given up only 4 sacks in the last 4 games, after giving up more early in the season. The RB's are terrific. The receivers are good and getting better. Ah Yat is playing well and keeps improving. Wortham is pretty much amazing. The punter/kicker is good. Just needs to clean up a few short FG's. The ST's are very good.

I suppose guys are hurt or playing hurt, but it doesn't seem like injuries have been awful at all. The Griz have the best coaching staff in the conference. And the best fans. And the best message board posters.
Hey man. They have two moral victories. Don't strip those away from them.

Hoops your the biggest idiot on egriz and that’s saying something. Go read the Krakauer book and get back to me. gris are the worst unbeaten team in college football history. Good job getting by Central Washington and sacred Heart. Can’t wait to listen to the silence of wa gris on the 22nd.

Good job not getting by SDSU and crushing Mercyhurst.

This is fun!
