Where to Watch Griz Games in Helena?

I've watched a few at the Windbag. Good crowd, lots of TV's, plenty of good food and beer.

There’s a brewery in Helena, Copper River/ Copper Stave or something like that….one of the owners likes to denigrate the value of UM degrees. Make sure you don’t go there, they obviously don’t need money from UM alumni.

One of my favorite things we have in common is an almost petty refusal to give money to anyone who is anti-UM.

Copper Furrow, I believe. No atmosphere there, either.
 
been to copper furrow many, many times. it's off the beaten path a bit, but a really nice, chill place to have a good beer. they have really done a nice job perfecting their recipes. they have a very nice outdoor patio/yard area as well. i've never heard that the owner disparages UM degrees. therefore i will continue to enjoy it and if i hear that he does talk shit about UM, then i will absolutely never not go there again to enjoy cold, tasty brewskis.
 
Well if you wont spend your dimes at the Copper Furrow I guess I'll continue to spend my dollars. Good brews and a very mellow place conducive to good conversation. I've worn Griz gear there several times and never received a negative vibe. ps. I dont think they have a tv in the place===one of the things I like about it==== but obviously not a place for game day.

It's the Windbag, best option in town I'd venture. They have a Buffalo Wild Wings there and I see online recommendations of the Motherlode and Hap's - but really the best local(ish) option with good food and drinks is the Windbag.
