Griz gotta be huge North Dakota fans the next 4 weeks

When the Griz snuck out with a 1 point win in September, little did we know how Huge that was.
Since then the hawks just kept winning and are now in the top 10.
They are 6-2 with the one point loss to UM and a 3 point loss to Kansas State
Griz fans need North Dakota to keep on winning

Their next 4 games
at South Dakota (just fell out of top 25)
#1 N Dakota State (Home game for North Dakota)
at Murray state... Will kill them
#4 S Dakota State (Home game for North Dakota)

Both huge games are at Home and I bet they knock at least one of them off, let's hope ND State.
The South Dakota game is on the road and will be a big challenge

Need? Probably not.
A security blanket if they do? Most definitely.
Griz and UND win out and seeding gets very very interesting for the committee.
And it may quiet some trolls but that is highly unlikely and unfortunate.

If the Griz win out they will have a top 2 seed and a semifinal game at home regardless of what happens in the MVFC. I think a lot of people would feel more confident facing UND in Nashville because we already beat them this season but honestly they as well as the Griz have improved a lot throughout the season.

Bobby has never beaten the same team twice in a season has he? Though I’m rooting for UND to win out. I don’t think it matters either way. If we win out we control our own destiny.

On the flip side, if they win out and we lose to the cats we could end up with a really shitty draw for a road game in the quarters. This is the part of the year where things can get really chaotic but exciting, especially with the way the MVFC and Big Sky schedules finish out this year.

That's correct. It's happened 5 times, and we've always split.

2004 SHSU (lost, then won in the playoffs)
2005 Cal Poly (won, then lost in the playoffs)
2008 Weber (lost, then won in the playoffs)
2019 Weber (won, then lost in the playoffs)
2021 EWU (lost, then won in the playoffs)

History suggests that we do not want to see UND again this season.

Oh look another NDSU thread!

If I cared I would try and remember the guy that said I am the only one that starts them.

But I dont
UND. NDSU. We know it’s tough and there is one thing that isn’t like the other. Take your time little buddy. For some reason this seems like the show Idiocracy where people are taking an IQ test. You appear to be the guy trying to shove a square peg into a round hole.

I think the Griz will have their hands full in the Brawl. I also think the Cats will have their hands full with Davis.

I know none of you will understand this, how could you?

This thread is about NDSU

You need other teams to pave your way, you need home field advantage, you need special calls by the refs and you need a lot of domino's to fall into place so maybe just maybe you can sniff the semi final game.

Real champions are just that.

They don't make excuses, they want the best team and they want to play them on the road to prove to the world they are the best.

Enjoy tier 3

Don't you have a weight watchers or similar message board that you frequent and you can go post about the temptations of deep fried foods or how football is just a marketing tool to get people to over indulge.

I don’t disagree, but what a big advantage for the Griz. MSU travels for a potentially huge game that has BSC championship implications. Have to prep for Davis hard. Then travel back and have to play in Missoula. Griz get an easy PSU game and time to prep for a home game.
