Cat running backs so far this season

I would say how a RB does is a lot to do with the OL. Last year the Griz OL was not that good. This year much improved. The Cat OL was excellent last year. They started off not so good this year but are improving as the season goes on and thus better RB production recently.

Eli has more yards, yards per carry and TDs. But Jones and Davis are close in the yards per touch if you add in receiving yards to everyone. Let me see if I can load the table. EDIT: I couldn't and summarized it below.

Eli - 820 total yards - 12 Total TDs - 6.79 YPC - 6.95 YP touch (carries and receptions)
A Jones - 550 yds- 7 Total TDs - 5.53 YPC - 6.04 YP touch
Davis - 431 yds - 4 Total TDs - 6.64 YPC - 6.73 YP Touch

That is it in a nutshell. I believe Einstein said…

“Good blocking helps RB get results”.

It’s physics. Who is going to argue with Einstein?

If Gilman is that much better than both of the MSU backs, then why did he produce so much less against the only common opponent this year?
Maybe the cats 50+ rushes compared the the Griz 30 had something to do with that too. Sheesus.ah Yat threw for 350 and Griz still had 520 yards of Total O. Two different ways to skin a cat.

So using your dumb ass Cats logic Ah Yat is 10x the player your QB is. Is that how this works?

Do you really think teams don’t load the box against the top rushing attack in the big sky? lol man you’re delusional as hell
Teams load up against top runners, and the Cats don't have any top runners, is my view. Nobody loads up as much against backs other than Gillman. You need to learn something about football. You also need to get to know the coaches and get info from QB Club. Are you even a Griz fan? Again, you don't have the balls to post under your prior name(s).

Funny how this works. Cat trolls not being able to accept that Gillman is a much better back than the Cats have
Not sure there is a reasonable cat fan who would take Jones/Davis over Gillman. A good friend I play squash with who recently played for the cats admits as much. Any cat fan who is delusional enough to claim otherwise should watch the pregame press conference from the ISU coach for the MSU game. In his recap of playing the Griz, he made it a point to say Gillman was the best back in the FCS. Pretty sure that guy knows a little more about football than cat trolls.
