Sure. Totally ignore the Cal Poly defender who was going to tackle him for a loss as soon as the caught the ball.I have no issue with the call, but the execution...
Coaches need to execute better on play calling.

Putting a player with ball control issues in a position where he has to secure an abnormal pitch while running laterally with his eyes on the oncoming defensive linemen is a high risk play with an unreliable player. Not a good play call.By a player who never seems to catch the ball when he's supposed to. So it really does go back on the staff for calling a play and using a player that they know is fumble-prone.
I don't have a crystal ball so I don't know how you know if he'll overcome this issue, but it's an ongoing problem with him. I have a problem putting him in on a play like that where the ball is live. Why not Monte instead? Just as fast and doesn't fumble.Gotta give kids a chance. Once he figures it out, he's going to be a huge player for the Griz
Players make lots of money having DB hands. Of course they play defense and not offense. Maybe the Griz coaches talk him into playing defense. He has DB hands
Not when, if.Gotta give kids a chance. Once he figures it out, he's going to be a huge player for the Griz
Yeah. He definitely saw that Cal Poly defender was going to tackle him as soon as he got the toss.
Best part of that play was that large human trying to return itFootsteps is a thing
You got a better idea? And, Pease calling a crappy game.Stupid take
Instead we get an o line that can't block for crap.I’ll take a nice physical drive with no cutsey crap
LOL, you seem out of your depth.Sure. Totally ignore the Cal Poly defender who was going to tackle him for a loss as soon as the caught the ball.
