You are correct. The Griz are a top 5 team. Undefeated. No. 1 in the conference. Yes, the Griz have played and beaten 2 top 20 teams. Really soft.
Griz played one of the top teams in the valley, and beat them…… Griz played one of the top teams in the big sky…..and beat them. Griz gutted out a win against what is statistically one of the best offenses in the big sky….. I have a lot of negative things I could say about our defense, but at the end of the day, the team got a win and is moving on. The Griz are at a minimum a top 10 team, and until proven otherwise are one of the top 5 teams in the FCS as well as one of only a handful of unbeaten squads. We’ve got plenty of time to get guys back that are banged up and have a favorable schedule to continue to improve defensively….. the bottom line is that you can’t be better than 5-0, and the Griz are going to get better every single week

UND looks more and more like a contender in the valley each week. Those guys dominated in the UNI Dome today quite a tough place to play in the FCS.

The Griz should be ranked above Tarleton. I watched most of the Army game. I wasn't impressed with Tarleton or Army. Tarleton beat Southern Utah at home today by 10, and So Utah is 1-5. Army 2-3. Portland St is 0-6. Miss V St is 0-4. Central Arkansas is 2-4. Chattanooga is 2-4. That's a group of teams who are 7-28.

This is probably the most concerning aspect of the entire thread. The FCS is weak. Really weak right now. Has it always been? Debatable I guess. Outside of 4 or 5 teams, there is zero chance the others will win or even get to the natty. Year in and year out, it’s the same teams and programs. Take the MVC out of the mix and oof. You are left with two BSC teams that would dominate. Very problematic.

Griz are really good....bison and rabbits are really good...Tarleton not really sure..they were in a shoot out yesterday...with a team that I would not say is really good...Scats are really good...my guess is we will win out scats will most likely win out and the brawl will determine who is the 2nd seed in the playoffs....pretty sure we will be the 2nd seed....we should be #3 but probably won't. I will take our QB, RB and Wortham over anyone in the big sky and they are only going to get better..going to be a fun run..

The griz were in a shootout yesterday with a team that got blown out by that’s same southern Utah team that tartleton beat by 10.

Griz were in a shootout with the same team that was in a shootout with FBS UNLV who is currently undefeated. We can make these comparisons all day
For sure, all I’m saying is that it’s a bit unfair to disparage Tarleton over getting into a shootout with southern utah when southern utah kicked the shit out of the team we squeaked by yesterday
