Griz just beat a very good ISU team

That QB is for real and that tall Russian receiver is insane.
Cooke is by far the best QB in the Big Sky conference and its not close. Kid drops dimes and reads defenses with ease and has a fast release. For his sake I hope he transfers up and gets a shot at FBS because I feel like he has NFL talent.
I have to admit I don't understand gambling all that well but I think the point total was 50 something. I think the griz were favored by 11 so they don't cover.

Compliment of receivers and a good tight end or two. That kid is a baller. He made on big mistake though. He had the first down at the end of the game if he kept running. He threw to a covered receiver in the end zone instead.

Survive and advance. Let’s not kid ourselves, that is NOT a “good” ISU team. Our Griz lived through a trap game. Let’s take the W, celebrate it, and not look back. 5-0 is 5-0.

I don’t know if they’re a good team, but they are very good at (passing) what we aren’t very good at (defending the pass).

ISU is not going to win The Big Sky this year, but they are a good, not a great team !!! If Coach Hawkins fixes his D next year, look out !!!
The Griz Defensive scheme leaves me with big questions, especially against offenses like this. But that was a really good QB with a stable of great WRs. 14 is a freak. Their lines dominated us on both sides. Clearly also very talented on Defense. There building something over there from what these eyes just saw
Coach Hawkins is making miracles over at ISU. He definitely has them going in the right direction.
I think the D will be fine. Having wing out the first half hurt us more than I thought it would. Having loud out for the whole game really hurt. We had two True freshman playing the majority of the game at the same time as defensive backs. I’ll take that ugly win any day

To be fair the ISU offense is top 2 in the league, especially with their QB healthy.
The next big step for ISU will be shaking this off and at least keeping the game close in Blowsman.
I don't think our game would have been so close had Wing played in the first half. Wing, who also calls the plays according to Tripp, stopped the bleeding on third down.
