EWU at Boise

EWU has actually moved the ball and managed to score on BSC. Of course, no one knows how good (or bad) this Bronco team is ... they looked like s**t at South Florida.

Wonder how much the Eags are getting for this. Looks like a pretty good crowd.

The announcers said it was a sell-out at 33,000+.

I would kill for the Griz to play Boise. Boise, Wyoming, Co State, Utah State….those are the teams we need to play…unfortunately they don’t pay enough.
 
Eastern’s starting QB Jared Taylor took a nasty hit to the head and was loaded onto a stretcher and carted off the field. He was able to walk off the field under his own power but then collapsed on the sideline. Really hope he’s ok. It look like he was able to move a little bit so that’s good. Man that was ugly though.

Eastern now becomes the second Big Sky team to potentially lose their starting QB for the rest of the season.
 
I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the first Boise State team since 1997 to have a losing record.

Yep. Looking over their schedule, I do not see that many certain wins ... unless they improve dramatically. While they were impressive in piling up over 600 yards of offense, the D coaches cannot be happy that they gave up almost 300 yards to the Eags. Question: Is BSU as bad as they look so far, or is EWU maybe better than we expected?

Idaho State’s Jordan Cooke is supposedly out anywhere between a month and the rest of the year. I guess they’re not really sure. Initially it sounded like he was out for the year but now they may be able to get him back.

Ouch he is a gunslinger that could have caused some problems in the Big Sky
