I also chose MSU because I think they're probably pretty evenly matched and MSU has home field advantage. But then almost immediately, I second guessed myself. Ha. You might want to change your pick now.

I had to go with the bunnies. It might be better for the Big Sky overall if Bozo wins but let them start 0-2 and ponder the home field advantage that awaits on November 22. They have a double bye week waiting for them with San Diego and Mercyhurst after this, they'll be fine.

I also like that Portland State is in Grand Forks to build over confidence in the North Dakota squad we see next week. I'm going to credit UND's close call to a Dublin hangover that almost cost K-State.

That's a hard one. I picked the cats against my better judgment but now I'm not so sure.

I picked SDSU...if anything just because it's against bozo. And honestly...if I lose the egriz pickem natty by 1...it was worth it because it made me feel better!

I finally watched a replay of the Oregon - scats game and the final score was not indicative of how the scats played. Granted Oregon exposed some of their offensive line and defensive edge and secondary weaknesses but I don't think South Dakota State can do that to the Bobcats.

In addition, Taco Dowler is a great receiver and the adjustments SDSU makes to take him away will open other receivers and SDSU doesn't have the same level of talent in the secondary as Oregon. One more thing, the scats want to get that bad taste out of their mouth and are going to be fired up. I'm going against the grain and staying with the scats.
