2025 FCS Week 1 Schedule

Central Washington defeated Colorado Mesa yesterday 41-14. Pretty impressive performance. They rushed for 292 yards and passed for 224 yards, so pretty balanced. CMU did pass for 257 yards on them but they were held to only 46 rushing yards yesterday. CWU also forced three turnovers (2 fumbles, 1 INT). I would say they got a pretty good D2 team this year. I'm still expecting a comfortable win next week but I'd say after only one game they appear to be in pretty good shape to try and compete with us next week.

If y'all aren't watching the Tarleton State / army game you need to be. It's been a crazy game with a zillion turnovers but they're tied at 24 with 9 minutes in the 4th to go.

They will. scats are the best team in all of the FCS. They should beat Oregon this week and win the BSC and the National Championship. As a Griz fan, it's going to be hard to stomach but I'm just being real and telling it like it is and will be.
