My first thought is nobody is considering him a breakout performer this year. Since you’ve questioned it, are you claiming him to breakout this year?

I’d have to agree here. QB doesn’t need to play outside himself every game. Just needs to control the game, be efficient, and get the ball to his playmakers.
Really??? He’s at best the 4th on the depth chart right now. Hopefully we get to see some of him and Reynolds at the end of some games this year. But if he is our breakout it means we had injuries in the RB room like 2021. Nobody wants that.

I would include TRR if he had started a few games last year which is almost unheard of as a true freshman. Like a Griz, special teams this year to prepare for a breakout year his Sophomore or Junior year.

I would certainly be shocked.
I just long for the day when we have a QB (nay, ANY QB) who is able to make more than one read, and who doesn't stare down receivers, throw into double coverage, or break out running at the first sign of pressure.

This times a million. KAY actually broke out last year with a great freshman campaign. Some here wanted him to perform like a seasoned upper classman as a frosh, and forget the success he did have. And the injuries he dealt with. Lets all pray to the good lord he stays strong and healthy all season, and we'll see a true breakout from K A Y

Isn't that the truth. Remember a couple years ago when Idaho had more than 20 transfers and that seemed like a lot?
I'm hoping that Jareb Ramos has a great year.
I think he could be the NT the griz need to shut down both A gaps. Also hoping they insert Clay Oven as the nickel to get the best players on the field. That would make for a great run stopping defense and create the ability for some twist stunting which was lacking last year.
Jake Mason from Ferndale is about a year away from being an absolute wrecking machine in the BSC.

Do you think Eiden IV will have similar production to last year or will his number s fall off now that opponents no longer have to game plan for Grebe?
No idea, I think he's a good player but I don't think he's as good as Grebe was.
