Looks like CWU and likely Idaho are the only two night home games and they're both in September. So no cold weather night games until we get to the playoffs.

Just by quality of opponent and where they are from for a potential cold weather night game, no real advantage to a later game though really.
History says so. Every game on either ESPN or ESPN2 since the Big Sky started a partnership with the company has been a night game.

Wasn't there something said last year about we have to play 2 night games at home? It was an issue because Davis was complaining about how Bobby supposedly controlled the start time on that game.

Still the ESPN family though and they haven't said what network this game is on. That's still up to them as well. According to the official release on this game "The exact network and kickoff time will be announced at a later date."
I suspect it's gonna be 8:15pm on ESPN2. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't a night game.
On September 27, BYU @ Colorado is on ESPN at 8:15 PM MT.
So agreed, most likely Idaho @ Montana will be ESPN2 at 8:15 MT.
Oof. That's gonna be a tough game to compete with for ratings though.

The 10:15pm eastern kickoff slot never gets ratings anyway. It could be a day game on ESPNU I am not sure what their schedule is on the 27th but if it is on ESPN2 that after dark kickoff is probably correct.

Sure, it could be... But I don't see ESPN relegating Montana to ESPNU. And again... history and all.
Usually a good number for the late night window on ESPN2 is 250k. If you can hit that, you've done well.

It’s eGriz, both.
You see that kind of attitude right there pisses me off. When I come to eGriz, which has a mean average age of viewership of 78.9 years, I’m not looking for some mealy-mouthed, inclusive, Kumbaya answer like that, Bama. I want a third option to be angry about.
