I don't really know anything at all about Valparaiso football so I did a little sleuthing. Their football stadium only holds 5,000 people, and their average attendance last year was 1840. I know this guy is coming in as a red shirt freshman so It's quite possible he'll be watching from the sidelines for a while, but the difference in atmosphere alone is likely to blow him away.
His X account says he's 6'5 and 240 lbs. I'm excited to see what he does in the future.

Can never have too many
This is a fine addition to the Griz. Glad for him and for us.
I like kids like this. Four year letterman in HS. Multisport athlete. Has a parent who played professional sports, which means the family probably understands the work ethic, being coachable, etc.
The opportunities to train in Washington are year round. There's always a clinic, a position coach, etc.

Oh, so he's used to EWU level attendance. I agree that he should love it here.
