The preseason rankings in the article seems fine…..except for Rhode Island. That’s the outlier for me. I’m not sure what the problem is with the rest of it?

Craig Haley has no clue. I could have done a better job of predicting the FCS preseason top 25 rankings by shooting darts blindfold or pulling out my decades old Ouija Board. SDSU at #5? They will be lucky to break into the top 15 if not the top 25.
