45 man active roster. Breakdown is bleow

• Maximum of 19 American players
• Minimum of 21 National players (including 1 nationalized American)
• Minimum of 1 Global player

He will need to stop and empty it. It could be the only excitement from any pro day in the country.

There must be 7 Canadians in the starting 24.

The question for Tommy now is, can he transition from QB to WR or more likely slot receiver? Very small data set on whether he can run routes and catch the ball. Being a fellow Butte American, I wish him well.

It's not the NCAA. It's the NFL that won't allow him to participate.

They too have no authority on who works out in the stadium. Athletes do their pro days way from the graduating institutions all the time. F@€k the nfl.

My bet is if the school let him they would get blackballed from future NFL scouts being allowed to go there.

That being said, they would probably let someone with last name of Sanders or Manning hold a pro day on the moon if they wanted.

NFL scouts WILL go wherever the talent is...they'll blackball zero places with potential draft picks.

It's Canada...they shake hands and exchange pleasantries after every play.
