Granted, I hate seeing good players leave the GRIZ.

However, it looks like it's an advantage for the GRIZ. In comparison to many Div 1 programs, we don't lose as many players to it as many programs.

So far, so good. Here's to hoping the GRIZ continue to lose less players than our competitors.

What happened to all those negative nellies who said that a high number of Griz would enter the Portal? And that this staff could not recruit? Oh, that's right, they were sent to Time Out!

It really seems to thwart some of the negative narratives about the staff and team.
 
I forgot. The transfer portal also helps fans keep interested during the off season. Then again, I've always followed off season transactions in sports.
