It’s the bobcat way, create some bullshit narrative a go all in spreading it far and wide. Here are just a few that are repeated ad nauseam: UM doesn’t recruit Montana kids, UM doesn’t value Missoula kids, UM doesn’t develop players, UM doesn’t have a good culture, UM will see a mass exodus in the portal, UM is the only team recruiting cast offs from the portal, UM had to rely on crowd funding in order to send their band to Frisco last year…MSU would never resort to such a thing, UM degrees are of no value compared to the mighty STEM offerings in Bozeman, Liberal Arts is hippie liberal education…song and dance.
