It’s the era of college football. To date, the portal has done more good than bad for Griz football.

Kind of surprises me since he would have been the #1 option next year. Nothing against the kid or the coaches. Grizwin99 is correct. Going to be a lot of movement in college football now. Griz are just ahead of the curve with their season being over. Going to be tough for any team to keep kids who have talent. NIL and $$’s now. I really liked how he contributed and was looking forward to what he could do in 2025. The kid from Arizona State will help, but might need one more. Interesting time to be a college football coach.
Now it's Eli Gillman.
While this does suck, I still think we’re good at Receiver. The young guys are really good and we will have a good starting group of Deck, Bridges, and Hendrix. Plus Brooks Davis and Sam Alford are good players that are ready too. Plus I tend to think WR is the easiest position to recruit out of the portal. There’s always playmaker WR’s out there. I suppose we’ll probably need to bring in one more transfer receiver now, but we’re still good at the position.

I’m on quit side if they would be starters. A guy like Huot well wishes as I can see the desire to actually play somewhere
What if they don’t know for sure if they’d be starters? Quitters/Cowards afraid to compete?

The only one so far not replaceable is Wilson. F ‘em, except Riley. He’s my friend. There many good receivers not playing, if we can find and attract them. Some linebackers playing but not playing enough, too.
