GRIZ QBs.....

Might not be as big of a factor.
For the most part, they make quick decisions and trust their guys to win their individual battles.

I guarantee this, Bergen would be getting the ball consistently in these offenses.
The offensive line is not a factor, said no one with any football knowledge.

Why does everyone want to blame EITHER the QB OR the OL when both need to be better to be national championship quality? Sure, either one or the other would have made a significant difference this year, but we need both to actually win natties again. Oh, and a better defensive line.
My belief is if they had better, consistent OL play, the running game gets significantly better and that takes a lot of pressure off the QB. With better play in the trenches, and this year's team is significantly better even with the same QBs.

I don't disagree on that thinking, but at the same time I still think we need better QBs. Whether KAY grows to be great eventually remains to be seen. I guess I just need to adjust my expectations and be happy with making the playoffs but not getting very far.

I think if you can control the LOS and rely on running consistently, then you need a QB that can manage the game, make a few plays, and don't turn it over. That will go a long way at the FCS level.

Yeah that was Bobby's formula for I think a long time, but it's certainly not happening these days.

But even if that's the case, does that plan beat NDSU or SDSU? I'm not sure.

Poor coaching was the main problem. Did you notice the coaches hugging players on the sidelines before the start end during the game? They weren’t telling the quarterback to F Off.
Good coaching. Fife was apparently a problem with other player and coaches. See Don’t Kick’s comments.
