Sac State Hires Brennan Marion

I really like this hire and I think it going to have to tune into their games, I thoroughly enjoy watching his "Go-Go" Offense. Uses lots of Option and Wing-T concepts.

Sigh... maybe this could've been EWU making the hire if our last AD didn't sneak in a contract extension to Best. I'd be excited if I were a Sac State fan, though also cautious as he'll probably be out the door sooner than later for a bigger job.
I feel for ya guys. That’s a pretty shitty move by the outgoing AD. Leave that decision up to the new guy. The presidents office should not have allowed that.

What new fresh young head coaches have won National Titles? NDSU and SDSU strictly hire from within the family.
We have no family to hire within. We will be forced to go outside the family, for the better though.

Bohl raised Klieman, Entz, Polasek, Vigen.

Stigg raised Jimmy Rogers, Eck to an extent.

If we hired from the Hauck tree who is there that isn't already on retirements doorstep?

There are coaches out there. We could find a good one that could be an upgrade.

There is the Griz tree. No one is suggesting a Hauck tree.

I'm curious and have a hypothetical, If Hauck decided to retire tomorrow who would be your two candidates to follow him?

Not looking for reasoning or logic, just a couple of names.
Colt Anderson or Kyle Sampson. Two Younger dudes who are more than likely adaptable to the modern state of college football at the FCS level. They both have enough under their belt and both obviously have strong Montana ties.

Junior Adams
Would be cool, but he makes a 700k base salary as a WR Coach/Co-OC and will probably be considered to be the play calling OC at Oregon once their current OC gets a head gig, which I assume will happen in the next year or two. Would not shock me if he was offered a Mountain West job or something similar as well.

I pay no attention to such things, and have no clue. This hypothetical of replacing Hauck tomorrow ranks up there with discussions over the jersey colors and music at games. I don't even open the threads. I skip to the next thread, put on more sunscreen and get back to trip planning.

I must have misunderstood. I thought you said no logic necessary.
