Well it’s about time. If they’re included in the Top 25 poll, it’s time they actually compete in the playoffs as well.

The Ivy League will participate in the FCS playoffs beginning in the 2025 season. ESPN's Pete Thamel first reported the news.

Meh. I mean, it's fine and all. But a bunch more surefire first-round playoff loss teams doesn't excite me much.

It would be so sweet to schedule those. I worked in Princeton (town, not at the university) at one point in my early 20's, I'd love to go take in a game out east in the fall.

Do you mean an autobid? If it's just at large, then that means in a given year, the Ivies could have 0 teams make the playoffs if the committee determined they weren't deserving.
