Maybe, but it looks like he is staying with USC through the bowl game. Doesn't leave much time to do visits.

If you are going to judge a book by its cover, at least look at the cover. Up close, the kid looks the part.
If THAT'S the guy they end up bringing in, then the conspiracy theorists will have been proven correct.
Crazy as this sounds, some coaches are letting kids take a mid-week visit and remain on the team. The link that was posted recently about the ASU coach offering to let his kids enter the portal and stay on the team mentioned it.

I wasn't saying that it wasn't possible, just that he hit the portal in early December but will stay with the team through their bowl game.

If I was a coach, I would 100% try to keep the kids on my team that want to enter the portal if I felt they would be a huge benefit to the team. If I were Bobby, I would certainly try to talk the Riley Wilson’s and Samori Toure’s of the world into staying, even after they entered the portal.
How does that square with us offering Visperas?

I would too, but if I was running an FCS team I'd do an awful lot differently. For some reason, nobody will let me take over a team, though, no matter how many times I email and say "please."
Honestly, by this time in the season if one of your guys missing one practice means they weren't ready for the Bowl Game, then you probably weren't going to play them in the Bowl Game anyway.
