cat NIL question

One of my Billings friends was mentioning to our group that businesses in Bozeman are paying cat players NIL deals. Martel construction was who he mentioned.

Does Montana have any businesses doing the same thing?

Must be funneling the money saved/made from that prostitution ring they had going on in Bozeman. Just paying different end users.

See Skatteburger on front page of website at a good sports bar in Scottsdale. Hope the link works.

Not sure CBCB is a good sports bar (its a chain), but this is a creative example of NIL sponsorship. They do something for Sam Leavitt, the ASU QB, as well.

Multiple businesses in Bozeman are contributing. One famous one downtown is giving almost $100K.

Do the businesses have to go through the NIL or can the players work directly with business owners?

If so can SMU sue the NCAA for what happened in the 80s? (sarcasm)
