Leaf

But if you are a complete ass and really never really acknowledge your home state ever in a postive light and when you choose to acknowlege you cant help but be an ass when you do...might get a large share to tell ya to go fuck yourself.
Apparently, this is a personality disorder. There are a lot of them, so I won't even guess as to which. He has earned every bit of distain/disgust thrown his way. Irredeemable.

He's a complete and utter douche. One of my college roommates nearly got into a fight with him at the Mo Club once. The Cats can take him, I'd rather have Dave Dickenson any day.

The interesting thing is that his entire hatred for Montana and UM, specifically, probably stems from constantly living under Dave's shadow until he finally got his limelight, which did not work out very well for him.

I'm glad he's doing well now, and harbor no ill-will towards him, but he's a giant dork, and his Griz bashing is stupid. He doesn't even like Bozeman or the cats, his support is just based on how much he hates the Griz. In other words, pretty typical cat fan lol.

You got Dave Dickenson 5’10 190 pounds soaking wet with an ok arm but a champion in college and the pros. From the same town you have Ryan Leaf 6’6 250 pounds with a cannon of an arm but never was able to win anything of significance, not even the captaincy at CMR!

The fact that you gris fans are so butthurt over Leaf trolling you is hilarious. It just feeds his persona.

I don't know him or any of his family. Does he seem like an asshole? Yup. Has he made a ton of stupid decisions. Yup. Has he suffered the consequences of those actions? I would say that he has. Will he do something stupid again in the future? Most likely. Is he obligated to ask forgiveness to Montana (both the school and the state) for disrespecting you/us in the past? Not really in my opinion.

What I see right now is that he is owning his past and not running from it. He is trying to build something with his life and maybe do some good somewhere. Sure he is on about his 6th chance but instead of being butthurt for being disrespected, I think that gris fans should own their own deficiencies and roll with it.

He is a caustic asshole, but he has disowned you, so he is not your caustic asshole, you have enough of those in you fanbase anyway.

Sounds like you and him would be great drinking buddies, maybe he could show you the ins and outs of breaking into neighbors homes and stealing their prescription drugs, how to beat your wife, how to have your own father disown you, the list goes on and on.
He’s not a troll, just a douche bag who will never grow up. Just more of Bobcat fans hypocrisy.

Do I ask and answer my own questions. Yes. Is it effective? No. Is it at all necessary? No. Is it annoying? Yes. Could I convey the same points by just making them? Yes. Am I doing it right now? We shall see, time will tell.

Imagine being 10 years old, and on your Birthday you are told that you are the best and most amazing person to ever live, then everywhere you go from 10-15 everyone that you talk to, and I mean everyone, tells you how amazing you are, and how much they love you. Everything you do is amazing, and all your faults are written off because everyone wants to be apart of your circle. At 15-18 you are in High School, and already all your coaches in every sport are telling you "Whatever you want to do, we will make it happen, you are the best to every play".. You are a Highschool student, and have nobody holding you accountable for anything you do. Everyone just wants to be near you... That then continues, with very little pushback, from 18-22 into college... Sure some players at your college may TRY to step up and put you in place, but they also want to win, and the coaches don't seem to want to do anything about it. So it continues... THEN you are thrust into the NFL, where for the 1st time ever in your LIFE you are held accountable, and the coaches, teammates, and media don't gave a rip about who you are, or how great you have been told you are for over TEN YEARS... How would you turn out. I ask many times to people when they buy lottery tickets "Would you change if you won a BILLION dollars" Most say "Nope, I would be the same exact person"... In theory, that is all well and good. But would you? I WANT to think I wouldn't change, and that I would be the same person... But I honestly don't know if I would be.

With that all said, I am in no way sticking up for Leaf. I have met him countless times, and every time I walked away thinking "Man, what an ass"... But imagine being in that situation through every bit of your mental and physical maturity. It isn't something that just goes away.

So being entitled somehow makes it better? I'm confused... being born without a moral compass doesn't mean you can't acquire one along to road of life, you just need to reach down and pick one up...

When my friends and I would go to Dinner with Leaf (maybe every other yearish) when he was still in the NFL I believe, he would always try and play a game called "More Famous" where he would go through his phone and ask everyone if they had the phone number to somebody more famous than he did... I had him beat one year, and was never invited to dinner again. (I had Prince, Lisa Loeb, and Peanut from 311... Prince won the table vote). Nobody at the table had any clue that I knew these people, because I didn't talk about it every 10 seconds.
