People wanted to point the finger at BH for sending Clif packing. Clif tweets a response that contradicts this, and all of a sudden he is a liar. Fucking amazing.
It’s an interesting phenomenon how certain guys who hit the portal are treated differently than others here. With most, it’s well wishes that they find a good fit. With Clif, it’s “Temple is a downgrade [
], and he wasn’t even that good, and what a quitter!” And now he’s a blatant liar. I think some people can struggle to see that not everyone has the same list of importance of factors in choosing where to play. Personally, I’d much rather play for San Jose State than Iowa State or someplace in BFE. Others might think differently.

And did he say location was the biggest factor? Apologies I never read his tweet. But if money was the biggest factor to help his family does it really mattered where he played? I don't know if it's common knowledge what he landed in NIL or if he claimed he needed to be closer to home so apologies if that's been discussed.

I'm not wondering at all. He didn't stay, he moved on, that's a fact, and so have I. Only thing I am wondering about is who is going to start at QB against the Jacks Saturday.
