FCS Title Game moving to Nashville?

This could be fun! In Vanderbilt's newly remodeled First Bank Stadium (30,000). They've bid for the 25 and 26 season while Frisco's Toyota Stadium undergoes a massive renovation. Nobody can complain about the game being hosted in an SEC stadium lol.
Oh but we can... 40,000 seats... I don't believe there is any two team match up in the FCS that can fill the stadium. Half full is never as exciting as packed to the gills...!

It's actually 30,000 and most of the seating is on the sidelines. Both endzones when finished will be club seating and suites.

This would be the best decision. I disliked Frisco greatly, and it had nothing to do with the stadium (outside of the ridiculous sound system/WWE PA). I can't really articulate it perfectly, but it just felt like it had no vibe. Vandy is about a mile-and-a-half from downtown Nashville.

Frisco has no central area. Can you imagine 12,000 GRIZ fans on Honkey Tonk Row?

We need to hit the recruiting jackpot/transfer(s) portal this year... that would be an epic 2 year run if Griz can rise above for the 2 years the game in Nashville... I would actually prefer it to be there permanently.

Totally. Frisco felt like a place where developers bought a ton of cheap land and decided to make a bunch of bedroom communities with standalone chain restaurants in hotel parking lots. Office Space style. Central Nashville is way different. Hope it happens.
As someone who helped develop Frisco. This is exactly how we did it 😂

Don’t forget the Fortune 500 HQs.

Frisco is a great community to raise a family if that is your priority. There are some good restaurants and fun places. But ultimately it is not a party vibe. It’s a great place to safely raise kids, with tons of commerce and places to eat. That’s what it was always designed to be.

Frisco is an outer suburb that looks and feels like any outer suburb of a major city in this country. Everyone has the same chain stores Chick Fil A, Home Depot and Olive Garden. All are sleepy non party towns focused around raising young kids.

Not really sure if you’re asking a question or not. But I disagree that all suburbs are the same.

Frisco is actually quite the economic powerhouse. With multiple Fortune 500 HQs relocating to the city. Not to mention the Dallas Cowboys and PGA. Universal Studios is also constructing a children’s based theme park. Along with having a world class children’s hospital. So yeah I’d say Frisco is extremely child centric
