The blonde female ref was bad

I have to chime in here and say I agree with this who say there is no reason to call out the hair and gender of the official (and yes it was a terrible call). For year on this board, especially on the basketball board, I have seen references like “the bald dude was a terrible, or “the short bald official is an idiot”, and even “ the short fat bald idiot has not business officiating”.

To blame an officials incompetence of their follicle count, height or physique is hurtful amd breeds prejudice against those who are often at the bottom rung of society - husky, short bald people.

Sure, short fat bald guys had a brief shining moment in the ‘90’s with Marisa Tormei, but that doesn’t compare with years of being passed over, ignored and shoved aside in social political and work settings.

Let’s all pull together and look past each others short comings and judge each other on our competency and not physical attributes

Thanks for listening.
You once again miss the point. Nothing was blamed on being bald or a woman. That identified the ref.

Biased against mysogynists? Ok. I can live with that.

Pretty sad to resort to political name calling. Misogyny isn't political, and neither am I.
No, your bias is seeing the words woman and DEI and declaring misogyny. You aren’t even smart enough to see the difference

And your bias was seeing a woman and assuming DEI. As for the rest of the word salad, it has zero to do with MBF's post.
No, I looked up her background. I advised in the DEI area. I can smell it. Look her up. I have made scores of comments on women and women officials on the board and never once mentioned DEI. You are overstepping your bounds, and reverting to being your abrasive and asshole self again.

You are impressively obtuse.

Partner of the Year at Dorsey and Whitney, eh?

You would think a lawyer of caliber would know what bias meant.

I do. Top business lawyer in Montana for 35 years. One of top MA lawyers in northern Rockies for years. Represented public companies of Gianforte and Bergum. Partner of any Klobucher. Let’s see your tickets.

I don’t know any Klobuchers, but it sounds like any of them are good.

Did you resort to attacking opponents in court politically?

“Your honor, the plaintiff is a liberal. I rest my case.”

And the DEI hire crack?

Condoning this mysogony is how it continues. Pretty sure that if he had asked if a black ref that missed a call was a DEI hire people would think he was a racist … and rightfully so.
If anyone would have said anything about a ponytailed native American official Hoops would have come unglued. Guaranteed!

Amy Klobuchar is a US Senator from Minnesota. And ran for president in 2020. Man, you are dumb. I have never been to court in my life, except as a defendant. Yes, I have been aggressive and often in attack mode most of my life, as a reservation kid, college athlete, longtime rugby player, and lawyer. That’s how I got ahead and stay ahead.

Born in Plymouth, Minnesota, Klobuchar graduated from Yale University and the University of Chicago Law School. She was a partner at two Minneapolis law firms before being elected county attorney of Hennepin County in 1998, making her responsible for all criminal prosecution in Minnesota's most populous county. Klobuchar was first elected to the Senate in 2006, succeeding Mark Dayton to become Minnesota's first elected female United States senator. She was reelected by a landslide in 2012, winning 85 of the state's 87 counties, before being reelected again in 2018.[1] Klobuchar's political positions align with modern liberalism. Yeah I know who Amy Klobuchar is; she’s one of those liberals you hate so much. I just didn’t know who the “any Klobucher” was you were bragging about.

Sounds about right.
Amy is closer to middle of road. I supported her and gave her money. I like Amy personally. I don’t hate liberals, but I like to make fun of them sometimes. Not bragging at all. Just the truth. Harry Blackmun, who wrote Roe v Wade, was a lawyer at Dorsey too. Vilsak, the former secretary of interior and governor of Iowa too. Hey, waiting for some info on your tickets. Go anything. Or just a bigmouth behind a keyboard?
