Graduating 26 seniors, transfer portal ? Fife, maybe, he has one more year but his relationship with Bobby not that great. Gillman, don’t think so, he did not tear it up this year but his carries were down but yds. per carry were pretty decent. NIL might move him to maybe the MW? Big deficits with receivers White and Bergan gone. Not sure about Fontes? Was he a Jr.?
I’m still not convinced Kai is the answer. I’m sure Huot will transfer, maybe to Carroll? Wish we could have seen him play more, or even some. He certainly had the size and arm strength from what I’ve heard. LB’s whoa, need lots of work there not to mention O and D line. Bobby and crew need to go at the transfer portal big time but that’s not Bobby’s forte.
So many questions, so few answers, yet.
 
If I was a gris fan I’d hope Bobby realized today how important it is to focus on developing high school players and use the portal to fill in lack of depth. That’s what the dakotas and MSU have been doing and it's created a large gap in the FCS. This year Bobby tried to use the portal and that obviously didn’t work very well.

Defensively, got to improve the DL play.
Harris is pretty much the only consistent DL this season.

I thought Pat Hayden had a great game, often saw him busting into the backfield.
 
I for one would like to wait for this season to end before we have this conversation. There will be plenty of time to talk about this in the offseason, but we are gonna have a Football game next week and Griz Nation should show up and help our guys hopefully salvage this season by going on a deep playoff run.

This many years in that ship has sailed, he needs to win now not start from scratch. New coaches get a little time to "get their guys" he has had plenty of time to have built a reload system and it is far from that now.
 
The Champions Center and Bubble will bring the recruits in droves! The view as they come over the bridge will do the trick.

To be fair after last season I think he thought he could pull in FBS drop downs and begin to rebuild a dynasty. Unfortunately for him those drop downs just weren’t that good and his coaching wasn’t great. I think if he could’ve built some program momentum, then he could’ve developed and began dominating.
