Grossman ?

He has been practicing with the team. He has been on the sideline for the games in street clothes, you can see him on TV even being a part of the offensive huddles. He is still on the roster that tells me he’ll be making a comeback this season at some point. I do not believe he has any eligibility left regardless of how this season shakes out. He already had a gray shirt. He already had a Medical red shirt and was granted a Covid year. This is technically his sixth year.

I would love to see him get back on the field. If healthy, he provides some tough match-up problems and can use his speed. I think the other TE's are doing well too. I think Cole brings something different. During the game on Saturday, he was showing emotion and trying to pump up his teammates. When it looked like the Griz bench area was sleepwalking through the first half, he was one of the few who was vocal. A good sight to see. Hard to judge but sort of looked like he was still nursing a lower leg injury or had a slight limp.

7th year on the team. Miami has a TE playing his 9th year of college football and Utah is talking about bringing Cam Rising back for an 8th year next year after losing him for the season.

In today's world of the ncaa seemingly losing all control, it would seem to be possible.
If he wanted to stay and play then a good lawsuit might make it happen

Even before Covid, didn't that EWU linebacker get something like 12 years?

I joke about 12 years, but it was crazy.

I've heard rumblings that he is not eligible at the moment. Sounds like a doctor prescribed something on the NCAA ban list.

Also have heard this. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Poor kid. Our TEs have been great this year, but would be nice to have Grossman out their to add another dimension to the offense.
Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. Hopefully he will be able to get something settled with the NCAA soon.
