I’ve seen it for years. If the Griz lose a game or two all the experts surface and start throwing stones at Bobby and his coaches.
Except very few...only trolls...are doing so.

Most seem concerned about the defense. Seems reasonable to me.

This place is so friggin soft sometimes.

It’s not a bar. It’s a statement on Hauck’s view. The defense has played with last couple games.
Well of course he would think that, any coach expects his teams to improve as season goes on or they know they aren’t doing a good job. It is a safe statement considering they did well enough against a mediocre NAU team to hold on.

You truly think they played well last couple of games? That last couple included giving up 541 yards and 55 points to Weber at home (the same Weber that gave northern Colorado their first win in 19 games and are below .500 even with the Griz loss). Were you there to see the debacle in person ? I do agree played far better against NAU.

Doesn't he have a history of his teams actually doing it, though? I get that every coach says it, but his do.

Let’s not forget what NAU’s QB situation was at game time as well. Not exactly their best performer at the helm. I don’t know why everyone gets so uptight when criticism occurs. It’s a fan board people. All I know is the Cats are walking around when their chests puffed out right now. Going to be an epic win for the Griz in Bozo this year. I think the Griz will turn this season around. My greatest fear is they have a personnel problem on defense. Not a scheme problem. We shall see

Sometimes when athletes walk around with their chests puffed out, they are in for a shock.

I'm sure none of you have been following all the player and coaches' interviews this year, but this team is different. I've heard several interviews where they've commented about being disgusted with last year, the two squeakers they lost, and getting blasted by the griz... and then of course "the block" against NDSU. Everyone redoubled efforts all off season to make sure they didn't get overconfident, and make sure they reached they're goals. 1-0 every week, every day, every rep. Seems to be working. Ya, they have excellent talent and depth all across the board, but more importantly the culture looks to be phenomenal. Vigen came here with the desire, and the blueprint for what it takes to not only compete with, bot topple the DSUs. We'll see how it plays out.

Good joke.
