Agreed. It's just bad coaching. What they need to do (beyond the 12th man) is to tell the defense not to let the other team advance the ball. And on offense, why aren't the coaches telling the players to score and not to turn the ball over? It's mind-bottling.

what this dude said. what's even more mind bottling is that they NEVER seem to run the touchdown play when they really need a touchdown. supposably, fife has a hard time excaping the pressure to have adequate time to run said play. run the damn touchdown play! be a dominate team! i seen it work a dozen times! the other team will never see what's coming down the pipe. i guess we just take for granite that the coaches are as smart as us.

Possibly, but thats not the case here. Its the players obligation to learn scheme and know their job on the field. The mistakes this season for the most part are not on the coaches. Players are making mistakes, reacting slowly and making bad decisions.

Its like homework, how is it the teachers fault you don't do it or turn it in, have some accountability in this. The coaches can only do so much, you can give 5 different examples of how to get a job done and if the player doesn't execute it was all a waste of your time. That's the frustrating part about being a coach. You can plan for everything, micromanage, teach and demonstrate until you are blue in the face. And your whole job can fail when something out of your control (players) don't do what is asked

irregardless of the expected outcome, i am #notshocked. i felt disorientated right before my fingers began to type that post...it was as if they were being guided by some unforeseen force or presence. they began to dance in a manner you might call phrenetic, but i would call "touched." perhaps that force was your father working through me, perhaps it was the expresso shots, perhaps it was do to my upbringing as the child of a groundskeeper at a nucular facility; we may never know.
