These are likely just potential placeholder pages.
There is one for NDSU and Sac State, too.

Interesting. I don't understand the reasoning behind why the Mountain West website would create dozens of school placeholder pages for teams that are not part of the conference, nor will ever be a conference member (Texas, Oregon, Oklahoma). Seems like a waste of time/space.

Possibly planning to write more articles, and can use this to feed any article tagged with "Texas" into the Texas page? If they are thinking of adding a staff writer and producing more content, this could perhaps be a way to monetize their site further?
