I am listening to the game while working as a counselor at the gov't youth service's center in Billings, thus this will be my only post the rest of the game.

We're down 14, I believe at half, can't stretch the field again, so in my humble armchair QB opinion it's FT: Fife Time.

And yes, I do hope if we stick with young Mr. Ah Yat, we pull it out but these boys from WCU can play some football !!!

Go GRIZ !!!

Fife sealed the win, Ah Yat ran in the 4 TD's but also had the one pick.

Whether you prefer Fife as the starter as I do or Ah Yat, we are blessed to have two qb's like the Shi##y Kitties had for the last two years with Tommy Mellott and Sean Chambers, QB's 1A and 1B. And maybe we do the SK's one better with 1C, Huot.

Both Fife and Ah Yat played well yesterday !!! And both deserve credit for a big win over a very tough, ranked WCU team !!!

Both Fife and Ah Yat are miles ahead of either Mellott or Chambers.

This might be one of the dumbest posts ever, and that's saying something, especially on this site.
Before you comment on the post, which is in fact accurate, I'd stop and think...."I cheer for a completely different team than the one on this board, why am I here? Does this guy Sask, post on my teams board? I wonder why not? "

It's because I'm not a Bobcats fan. I predicted you would lose to whatever Mercyhurst is. Did you? See I have no idea, I never checked the score. Why? Because I don't care. The last time I saw Mellott play he was getting beaten like he stole something by the GRIZ and threw like he couldn't hit sand if he fell off a camel. As for Chambers, I believe his Grandmother starred in Behind The Green Door.

Ah Yat and Fife are both very average right now. Both show poor decision making and have struggled to lead their team with a top 5 fcs rb group and top 5 wr group over teams that will
be happy to make playoffs. Tommy in his first starts was beating top teams in the country (SHST, SDSU) with a very similar offense. Ah Yat and Fife have a LONG way to go if they want to win or even make it to a national championship.

Sask is 100% correct: either are better QBs than the wine guy. The wine guy is a better rb though. Chambers...is he the guy who wore the purple hoodie, lost by 45 and then quit the team?
Now this shows how much cats football you watch. Tommy has hardly ran it unless the RB is stuffed on the option or he has to scramble. 22 carries through 4 games whereas Ah Yat has 29 in likely less snaps. While the cats have had weak competition Tommy is throwing over 70% and has 7 td and no ints. Also averaging 8 per pass. If you want to get a taste of the cats pass game watch our final drive in the first half of last week. Efficient and accurate out routes that marched down the field followed by an explosive pass. Tommy is rated 167 compared to Ah Yats 111 and Fifes 125.

You are the dumbest poster I’ve ever seen if you even begin to compare any stats whatsoever based on the competition your team has played. Your strength of schedule is 252, that’s out of 263 teams! I’d be willing to bet some egriz posters could put up good numbers against the teams the cats have played. Literally, GTFOOH.

You really don't get it? Did the Bobcats play SHST or SDSU? That's great, who cares? I had no idea you had ever played either of those teams. Were those the teams that the Bobcats had to play when they payed to not play NDSU? No idea, don't care. Pretty sure the Griz haven't bought out of a game. You see, it doesn't matter who or what or when the Bobcats have or hadn't or didn't or did play a team. I couldn't care less. Please highlight my posts on your fan site.. I am assuming you have a website, maybe not...don't care. The point is that you are over here on what you think is a rival, nothing could be further from the truth, website spouting off.

Watch the games man. The cats have benched the starters after the first half 3 times already. Yes the schedule hasn’t been challenging but the cats have played extremely well and dominated. 1st string defense didnt give up a first down vs Utah Tech, held UNM to less points than Auburn, and didn’t allow Mercy or Maine to score more than one TD. This defense is very good and the offense is the same consistent running attack with now quick passes.

You are such a dumb fu$k. It’s almost impressive at this point. You were comparing Tommy stats to Ah Yat stats and thinking that the high school teams the cats have played so far don’t have a MAJOR role in those stats. Anything you said above is moot. I’m referring strictly to Tommy’s stats that you claim are so incredible. Let’s wait until you don’t play a high school team. Now GTFOOH.

So UNM with over 20 P5 transfers in a high school team? Ah Yat has played 3 teams that will be happy to win a playoff game and a non-scholarship team…

Saying the bubs have had weak competition is akin to saying Coors light is weaker than Macallen whiskey.

New Mexico would finish 10th in the bsc. And that's the fucking bsc. They're horrible as the bubs' SOS reflects. We really won't know anything about the bubs till they play a real team (which maaaaaay be Idaho, but is more likely not till they lose to the GRIZ). They quite literally have the weakest schedule I've seen since their playoff run a few years back where they pretty much got byes to Frisco, where they got embarrassed.

They it that way so much that they have Mercyhurst on the schedule again next year.
