So many questions

I get football is a game of inches and set plays and things can go any which way but...

1. Why not run Gillman more, why so much ostmo unless Gilman was hurt

2. Why put fife out there again who from the get go was struggling with the short pass and ah yat was dialed than got cold in my mind

3. Why blitz so much when you know your team over peruses and takes bad angles, we all knew und was was going to run the ball

4. I love you x but why did you not let than ball go out of bounds after und scored to start the second half on the kick off

5. How do we lose up 24-3 at half and lose 27-24, has that ever happened

6.is this worst than nau?? I'm just asking as me personally am more upset about this one than nau

I have so many more questions but felt six is good for now

This one is more upsetting because we had the game in the bag and the coaches just forgot how to coach and call plays. So frustrating. I 100% believe that if they would have just stuck with the run game, griz would have blown them out.

Also there was some really bad reffing per usual.

I'm no expert, but it seems they tried to overthink this one and get everyone reps. Which in theory I like, but for a qb just to be subbed out to get the other guy reps, feels counterintuitive

It would appear Bobby hasn’t made up his mind yet…unfortunately he had some success with this approach last year and chose to try it again this year…it’s not working out as well.

-Abandoned our strength running the ball and put the game on Ah Yats shoulders. He overall played well, but seriously WHY abandon the run game completely?!

-Offensive play calling was disgustingly bad in the 2nd half, worse then NAU by a long shot.

-O-Line could not adjust to UND blitz packages (again on coaching)

-Defense being on the field 20+ minutes in the 2nd half, no wonder they got ground down.

-X made a bad decision, he will learn from it.

-This is worse then NAU for me, we literally had a gameplan that was working and then decided to throw it out the window.

100% on the coaching staff, the fact we need to have games like this so they learn to adjust is frustrating as all hell.

I think it is worse than NAU because of how we lost.

It’s not worse than NAU. UND is good. Probably a top 15 team.

It sucked that we stopped running the ball, but the down and distance wasn’t great for it. Some real head-scratching play calls at the end there, though.

Post game Bobby said they tackled well…..guess I watched a different game
To me this is where the game went awry. I'm guessing conservatively 35 missed tackles in this game. There was one play alone with five of them.

Time and time again in situations like 2nd and 8, the GRIZ would miss 3 tackles any of which would have put ND into a 3rd and passing situation, and instead it was 3rd and short. Gotta make a play occasionally.

After the FG attempt failed, I switched to the Nebraska game. My question: Why did Shedeur, and entourage, leave the field with 1:33 left in the game? Afraid of some Pom Pom wielding babe gloating in his face?

i am not particularly concerned. ah yat will take a few games to reach his as-a-freshman top level. the defense is more concerning, though. the bad tackling and over-pursuit needs to be cleaned up fast. the defensive play calling also better improve soon. it's got to be deflating for the team, offense and defense, to see all those long third downs being converted.

Maybe we need to hire an analyst to analyze why the 15 analysts and coaches on this team were out-coached and failed to make adjustments that led to blowing a 20 point lead!
What we really need is a task force with coffee and muffins and clipboards

That was a strange comment. Go figure.
And they didn’t expect QB to run so much but didn’t preoare for it.
He is known as a running QB so WTH.

Or switch out the analysts with the coordinators. The offensive analyst was an OC in the NFL for over 10 years, he would coach circles around Pease. I wont even go into Cooper, that was a poor choice to replace Bradford far too inexperienced to have a playcalling spot at this level
