GRIZ FOOTBALL TELEVISION 2024

Looking at the gogriz.com link no mention is made of espn+ TV for the games. Are we not on this year or is just the link slow to update. Looked at the espn television schedule and we are not listed there for espn+ either. Odd but checked the North Dakota website and that game on 9/7 is shown on their site as being broadcast by espn+

What's up???

Yep confirmed on the GoGriz graphic

That graphic has a mistake Shows a game (PSU) Friday instead of Saturday. Proofread anyone????

Nice catch, but even a Friday afternoon 1 pm game in Missoula would still draw 5 times the crowd they get at the Hillsboro Stadium with an average attendance of 2300.

ESPN and the BSky reached a 5-year extension. Games will be broadcast on ESPN+ for at least 5 more years. One of the best things to ever happen for the conference was moving to ESPN+ and I’m happy to see the partnership continue, especially for out of state Griz fans!

I have great news to announce: We have agreed to terms either our media partner
@espn
on a contract extension. It’s not only a healthy rights fee increase, but also increases our linear exposures to four
@BigSkyFB
games per season starting in 2025.

I also believe that Friday night games are going to be a thing.

My only complaint with ESPN+ is that replays are only available for a very limited time. There were a lot more available on YouTube until the Wally the Bronco Too channel got obliterated by the evil overlords, so right now the only games available online from last season are the Brawl and the playoff games.

Yep, very unfortunate they don’t keep an on-demand cache.

Also, on the topic of ESPN+, I got a notification that there will be another subscription increase. I do like the platform as others but just a heads up. Seems like just a couple years ago it was only $59.99 per year.
We wanted to let you know that starting October 12, 2023, the price of ESPN+ is changing so we can continue to bring you more exclusive live sports, ESPN+ Originals, and Premium Editorial.

The price of your subscription will change to $109.99 per year on August 18, 2024. Your payment method on file will be charged unless you cancel before then.

So is it safe to assume that Montana and Montana State will both get two games on ESPN networks starting in 2025? I can't imagine how any two other teams in the conference get games that don't include the Montana schools.

Your assumption makes complete sense.

Which is precisely why it'll never happen in the bsc (#bsc)

I bet what happens is the Griz and cats both have 2 games. 1 at home and 1 on the road on Friday night. My early guess is Saturday night at home against Idaho and Friday night on the road at Sac State. That’s my early prediction for 25

Cancer is a b****. Good luck with your treatment. It will be nice to get back into football season.
Thanks. It does suck. Sorry for being a little B*tch. I just had my treatment and shouldn't have been on a computer.

I am Way past ready for the season to begin. I am still going to the Marshall Ohio State game though. I have kids going to Marshall now, so I sort of understand the house divided thing.

It's sort of funny odd & haha because there is a modicum of rivalry that still exists. People in Huntington still talk about those two games.

I have to say the fans that travelled had to have been really good, because in three years I haven't heard a bad word about any of the Montanan's who attended the NC's. In fact, it's the opposite. There are a couple of fellas I know who have visited some of the Montana fans who extended an invitation to them to go out to Montana. Makes me proud to be a displaced Montanan in the Tri-state area (Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio).
