Idaho State Regular Season Predictions

All due respect, I get out a LOT, which is why I feel qualified and comfortable calling pokey a horrible college town.

As for who gives a crap about breweries and bars, uhhhh, every college kid I've ever met, and damn near every college football fan I've ever met.

Haven't tried Mexican food there; perhaps I should. Tried Thai Paradise once and would never go back (although I'm an extremely harsh critic when it comes to Thai food). But seriously, where's your best steak in town? Jakers? Sandpiper? Texas Roadhouse??

Cmon man. Comparing Pokey to Missoula is a joke.
Bacon wrapped eye at Jakers or prime rib at the Piper. Both are money. And you?

I think ISU is going to surprise people this year, just a feeling.

I happen to like Missoula, quite a bit.. I own a business there. but, this whole idea that if a place isn’t as great as Missoula (colder winters, more overcast days) or Bozeman (wayyy too cold) than anywhere else is just nonsensical. Everywhere has something to offer. Mountain biking in Pocatello (incredible) and proximity to awesome fishing are absolutely top notch. I would rate Missoula as the best town in the Big Sky and heavily over Bozeman. The places that I’d put at bottom are Greeley and Cheney. I’d say Ogden is #2.. Restaurants in Poky- I’d say The Yellowstone, Jaker’s & Sandpiper are the best bet for steak, but next time Kingpot (Korean) Palate Bistro (Americana) and the finest Bagelry in the mountain west, 5th Street Bagelry with 2 Poky locations now should be on your list. Also- Red Rabbit Grill, Butterburr’s & Abracadabra’s breakfasts are amazing.

Mountain biking in Pocatello is only great in that each pedal stroke could get you farther from Pocatello. If you are on any kind of loop trail by definition at least half of that ride would suck.
