He’d maybe be the best 3rd or 4th string QB in CFB history. I’m not talking about guys who were down the depth chart and got better later, I mean he’d maybe be the best who was relegated there as penance for briefly worshipping false idols.
Stupid aside, but a water main burst last spring on the golf course I play. Downhill hole. The low ground is a cart path tunnel under a residential road. It was completely full to the top with chocolate milk looking water, so the cart traffic was diverted. A buddy texted me a pic of it. I replied, “Dufresne would’ve swam it.”

It's one of my all time favorite movies. I'm too young to be as offended about it as I am, but Shawshank absolutely deserved the best picture Oscar over Forrest Gump, and I say that as someone who loves Forest Gump.
Watch him end up in Bozeman or Cheney. Haha

All those "accomplishments" seem to have done nothing for your level of douche.
Back in the days when I went to every UCLA home football game, there was this old guy named Geof who wore a letter sweater and went around the Rose Bowl to rile the crowd on third downs, etc. He was a cheerleader with a microphone. I didn’t mind him. One game, somebody yelled at him. I remembered it as “Nobody likes you, Geof!” but my wife remembers it as “Everyone hates you, Geof.” The latter being considerably more aggressive. The fact is that many people found old Geof annoying, and he had the sense to hang up the megaphone shortly thereafter.

I really can’t disagree, as Shawshank is such a feel good film. I’ll say that Hanks’ performance in FG propelled it a bit. Also, how it spanned multiple generational eras probably tugged at the nostalgic heartstrings of the Academy at that time. In recent years, we have them voting for wild shit that nobody ever watched. Chick fu*ks a fish? Best Picture. Cool, voters, you’re very sophisticated.

He doesn’t have much for accomplishments. An imaginary baseball career. Medical devices in old days. I could believe that. I can’t imagine many people can stand him. Probably not his wife either. He’s extremely dishonest. He seems to have many imaginary friends. He’s truly an embarrassment, in my view .
I guess I interpret that as playing some Daks that were better than anything faced to date at that point.
