Now, I recognize that Houghton is providing Delware's coach's thoughts. But the entire article certainly seems to be written around that story line; that but for a few lucky Montana breaks, Delaware was every bit as good as the GRIZ. Which is so far from anything based in reality as to be completely confounding.

Dan Carpenter was not on the 2003 roster. The Griz kicker in 2003 was Chris Snyder. This seems to be confused with the 2007 loss to Wofford which ended with a Carpenter miss.
