Anyone catch the xfl games? Pretty entertaining and I like the punt and kickoff rules. Also the replay reviews are way better than nfl.
I see that that Sammy Akem will play for Philadelphia in the USFL and saw a mock draft that had Ford as number one overall pick to Michigan. I'm sure he will end up on an NFL roster but good back up plan.
 
I enjoyed the two games I watched. DC seems to have some legit fans. I like the kickoff but I feel like it could be lined up differently. Not gonna complain about spring football tho

DC fans are crazy they made the whole game way better.

Assuming he's still got his sights set on the NFL, but he's got a fallback if it doesn't work out for him.
 
So is Ford still eligible for the NFL draft? Not sure how the eligibility works and couldn’t find that answer online…

yes he is still available for the NFL draft. The usfl teams looked to draft fringe players that they think could eventually play for them. Ford has been projected as high as a 6th round pick in the NFL draft. My guess is as his stock has rose in the NFL it dropped slightly in the USFL.
