Womens Big Sky

Who do you think will be the top 2 Womens teams in the Big Sky?

I think it will be NAU and ISU. Both teams have 2 returning posts that were very key to there success, and they didnt lose very many players. Just want your opinions.

I think the Lady grizz will win it this year again. Only because Selvig is able to utilize the strength of the players he has. Without any proven post this year, you will see a very up-tempo game. Also you can count on defense being his focus. I pick ISU second.

I've been hearing good things about Holly Tyler's replacement, and some of the "newer" members of the team should bring some extra quickness to the team. I could see the ladies taking the 'Sky again.

Becky, is there any chance that you would transfer from Western to play for the Lady Griz. There are many fans who felt you should have been in Missoula from the beginning. It seemed that you were on the wrong team during those last two games in Missoula last season. You are a real talent and would certainly make the Lady Griz that much better!

I do think the Griz will be one of the top schools. But post play is a very big key to playing in the Big Sky. I think Robison is a good player, but being a dominate force against other post players with expirience might take some time for her. Plus even if they have a run and gun team, so does ISU. Both their post players run the floor very well. And so does NAU...plus with Nicky Eason they are bound to have a very athletic team. I think it will probably come down to whoever has the better defensive team.
