Have you changed your mind on keeping Mick and the staff? Still want to see someone new?? Why, or why not. (Does a playoff win change your mind)

Keep Mick as i have always said. Aric Williams - Cornerbacks and Jake Cookus - Safeties/Co-Special Teams Coordinator wouldn't be missed, but on the other hand they seemed to make improvements as the year went along. I attribute the poor season last year to all of the negative press plus JJ not being around.

Williams and Cookus are good young coaches, and up and comers. You don't know what you're talking about.

We could win a national championship and I would say replace him. Mick is a good human, but not a great coach. He makes a lot of fundamental mistakes. He was the right guy for the program at the time he was needed, but it's time to move on.

Let me get this straight. If he isnt a great (or at least good) coach how did the Griz win this hypothetical NC?

Our offensive talent is actually incredible with the exception of our o line. Literally we have 3 weak points on our team, secondary, o line, and special teams. If anyone watched the first quarter of the game today they would understand the frustration in our offensive play calling. And yes I understand that responsibility falls on the o coordinators but it's delaneys job ultimately to allow that horrible play calling. I don't mind Delaney, but he needs to make a serious change on the offensive play calling. Also our secondary needs to get better which they have but they still have something to be desired. If I was in charge I would not move Delaney strictly because a 4th coach in like 5 years is too much but I would however scrap the entire offensive scheme and go to a really balanced attack with an emphasis on passes down the field if we were to pass.

If we win post season games it's because we out talent our opponents. Jj, our receivers, our running backs, and our front 7 are actually all VERY talented. The weaknesses on the team don't allow them to shine as much as they could.
