Will Jordan Johnson return next season?

Well look at it this way. If he does not start for us he could be the starting QB for the Deer Lodge Prison football team. In any event he gets to start!

Serious: I think he would like to finish what he started and will go out for the team next season. I doubt if the coaching has not changed after this season. More on that later. He finally gets to burn his redshirt by going through the Royce Rape Blame that is in disaster mode at the moment! Right now the kid is fighting for his life.

I wonder why Royce didn't warn JJ so he could flee the country too. What a racist.

I think Jordy will be acquitted, finish out the school year at the UM, and out of respect for himself, family,Plugrand, and O'Day he will move on, and play football where he will be appreciated.

And if I'm wrong, and he is convicted, a long stay at Deer Lodge will also be OK with me.

What is important to me is till he get his day in court, he is innocent.

McKinney is doing a credible job, but UM would be undefeated with Johnson as the qb.

I wonder how other teams would be doing if they were playing their second team qb, especially if their first teamer was a top qb.
Like EWU?

I think that if JJ is found innocent that he will return. And I think there is a fair chance he will be found innocent.

I agree that it is likely JJ is acquitted; I cannot see a jury convicting him beyond a reasonalble doubt.

He is currently enrolled only because his expulsion by the student council (preponderance of the evidence) is under appeal. That process is independent of a court case (beyond a reasonable doubt) and I doubt the outcome of the court case will be the determinant of the appeal. He could be acqitted of the crime, but his expulsion appeal upheld.

If acquitted, it's likely he completes his two years of eligibility elsewhere; PSU is a decent guess. Irrespective of whether his expulsion is upheld or not.

I personally hope he stays if found innocent. I think the hearing was a total kangaroo court and I hope all avenues are exhausted to reinstate him and see that no one else is treated that way in the future.

I'm thinking there may be several million avenues exhausted by the university if he is acquitted.

I think it would behoove you to see if there are deadlines on appeal decisions. It may surprise and enlighten you as to his status. :thumb:
