After the L and C game, I swear his name is "QUICK". I have never heard the word "Quick" used so many times referring to a GRIZ player in football or basketball. Did anyone else listen to the broadcast?

Will "Quick picking" Cherry. BTW, it sounded like he had a few steals too and was all over his assigment defensively.

I was wrong on the steals, he only had 1.

With Selvig out Tinkle is going to have 2 teams , one with size when Qvale is in the lineup and another quick team pushing the ball up and attacking. The quick team is going to get to the line a ton so they really need to hit those FT's. Man are we thin in the paint this year. Is Qvale any more aggressive down low? I also think Cherry is going to get all the minutes he can handle as a freshman and think that it is a good idea to get him as many minutes with AJ as we can to help him develop.

I can vouch.... city has no clue who Will Cherry is and if he did know who he was he would not be a fan....
Not a bad first game for your boy! excited the season is finally here! Now if Cherry could also play doctor and get our bigs healed up that would be great!!
